Tito Ortiz – Jenna Jameson: TWITTER WAR

On April 26, 2010, former UFC Poster boy Tito Ortiz was arrested for felony domestic violence at he and ex-porn goddess Jenna Jameson’s Huntington Beach, California home. Jameson was photographed that day after the incident with a bandaged arm, amid accusations by both parties against each other, with Ortiz accusing Jameson of being erratic and addicted to Oxycontin, while she alleged that he was abusive. Since that incident occurred, both sides have retracted these allegations that were made toward one another.

But, here we are in 2011, and Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson have split again, although the details are vague as status updates often are. Here is what allegedly happened between the two: It seems that Jameson knew exactly what Tito meant in a previous Twitter message when he said “I’m Out” as she had been intimating him all night on the social media site that the pair were splitting up and that Ortiz had been disrespecting her in some way, which is somewhat ironic considering her career choice. Jameson then went on to whine periodically about chasing her twins “ALONE”, and that she will be strong for them. They both went on to start a “Twitter War” so to speak.

Ortiz is scheduled to face Ryan Bader at UFC 132 and looks to be heading towards another loss which would signify the end of his career. UFC legend Randy Couture still attributes a loss to Chuck Liddell towards his second divorce, so the same toll or something similar should be expected of Ortiz. The “dream” couple ended up being one of the most dysfunctional and who was really surprised by that?

Matt Mitrione has had plenty to say about Ortiz as well dating back to last year. Mitrione being the comical guy that he is, had this to say during an interview regarding the Ortiz and Bader bout. “I think it’s awesome . . . AWESOME that the UFC is finally doing this. I think that it’s a great promotion that they’re finally letting women fight for their man’s honor. I think that’s a great thing. We all know that Tito’s gonna give some type of excuse and back out, so Jenna’s gonna have to step in and fight Bader for Tito’s honor. Bader, be really careful because it’s a trap fight. We all know that she’s awesome off her back and she’s got phenomenal top control, but remember that she doesn’t choke easily.” Mitrione went on to say that he’s glad he isn’t fighting Ortiz: “I think that’s probably a great thing [that I won't get a chance to fight him] because I would really feel bad if I retired Tito. Bader, please finish him up and send him on his way.”

This leads to a Vega altercation, where Ortiz found himself on the same convention floor with Mitrione, and the pair sparred verbally and stared one another down. Mitrione apparently told Ortiz his previous remarks were a joke and that he was sorry if he offended Ortiz, but Ortiz refused to accept the apology and stood ready to scrap. Mitrione said, “Well then I guess we’re about to scrap then. I’m not the one who’s getting aggressive. You’re the one that’s getting aggressive. . . . Hey, I apologize if I hurt your feelings. I apologize if I hurt your feelings. . . . Yeah, well, fuck you then. You’re the one fucking your boss and you’re the one that wants to scrap. Aren’t you the one who wants to scrap?” A few men in suits who were working at the building broke up the verbal altercation.

Ortiz then in the move of all moves, came up with the $500,000 bond for Keith Harriman, who is currently facing 12 felony counts connected to a plot to have his own 27-year-old son killed. Ortiz was hoping he could make the bail without the media catching wind, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, but because Harriman had claimed to be indigent, the judge forced him to reveal his benefactor’s identity.

Ortiz and Harriman apparently have a relationship through the murder’s brother, Wayne Harriman, a Vegas used car dealer who apparently helped mend a rift between Ortiz and UFC chairman Dana White that led to his current six-fight contract. Dominick Harriman, who was shot at least nine times at Wayne Harriman’s Nice Cars of Nevada lot last August, testified in February that his father wanted him dead because he told insurance fraud investigators his father’s $160,000 burglary loss claim was a scam to feed a crack cocaine addiction. Keith was also apparently pissed that Dominick slept with both his dad’s ex-girlfriend and ex-wife.

Mitrione in another interview then said he discussed with White dropping weight to fight Ortiz, if that’s what Ortiz really wants. But before that, Mitrione is booked at UFC Live in June, and as we all know Ortiz still has to figure a way out of that bout in July with Bader. Ortiz has tarnished what little bit of legacy he ever had so bad, that if he doesn’t get beat by Bader there WILL be a cesspool of guys lining up to end his career once and for all.
